2022 dues are $130.00 and must be paid by January 31, 2022.
Please include your lot number on your payment. Lot numbers can be found on your address label or on the Documents page using One Union Place Neighborhood Lot numbers map.

How are homeowner dues spent?

Our dues pay for the maintenance of the common areas and properties of our neighborhood. The common areas include the greenbelts, white split-rail fences, maintenance of the trees located on NE 1st Place and entrance signage, etc.
