2020 dues are $125.00 and must be paid by January 31, 2020. Please include your lot number which can be found on your address label or on the Documents page, under One Union Place Neighborhood Lot numbers. Your FNHOA board has been working with the City of Renton for the last 3 years regarding sidewalk damage from tree roots as well as for removal of the trees along NE First Street and in some of the cul de sacs. The Board just found out that the work of removing these trees will begin on Monday, May 20th. The estimate is about one week to remove all 37 of the trees. The FNHOA Secretary, Mary Lou, has reserved a room at the Renton Highlands library 8-11-17 at 12:30 PM; we have the room from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. Greg Zimmerman, with Renton City, will be there to explain the ordinance and answer questions; he may also bring additional staff. Proposed for the agenda are the following: 1) Have someone from the city explain what the new sidewalk ordinance means to homeowners and HOA’s 2) Advise attendees of process to cut down…
