Purpose of homeowner dues

Homeowner dues shall be used exclusively to promote the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the residents in the Properties and for the improvement and maintenance of the Common Area, including the storm drainage facility on Tract “B”.
Examples:

• One Union Place sign
• Split-rail fence maintenance
• Common areas lawn care
• Common areas water and maintenance
• Real estate taxes
• Liability insurance
